1. Make sure you know what’s included in the Dart Board Package before you buy. Some dart board packages include darts, extra dart tips, extra flights, scoring chalkboards, backstops, etc. 2. There are plenty of themed dart board packages to choose from. The dart board cabinet will most likely be closed when you’re not playing, so select one that fits the theme of your room or suits your personal taste. 3. Many dart board packages include a wood cabinet, but these woods are often different. Pay attention to the wood type to determine the overall quality of the piece. Some dart board cabinets are purely functional, while others offer aesthetic beauty. 4. If you are considering a dart board package that includes a bristle board, make sure you have a chalkboard for scoring. This is the traditional way to score Cricket games. 5. Get the right wood finish on your cabinet to coordinate with the rest of the game room. It may seem secondary, but in all likelihood, your dart board will be closed when you’re not playing. 6. Be sure to pay attention to the size of your dart board package. Consider where you plan to hang it, and use that to determine the appropriate size. 7. Some dartboard packages include cabinets with built-in lighting. This may be a good idea if you don’t have good lighting in the area you plan to hang your dart board. |
